Q: WHY ARE YOU USING CBD IN YOUR MAKEUP?

A: Why not? CBD is great!

Here are 3 well-researched benefits to using CBD topically and these benefits are apparent even used in color cosmetics such as ours.

1. Prevent and treat flare-ups (anti-inflammatory) - For individuals who struggle with flare ups from eczema, acne, and other inflammatory conditions CBD can help reduce redness, swelling, and irritation on the skin. When used in conjunction with color cosmetics CBD products can reduce inflammation while still offering customers the desired effect of color cosmetics. CBD cosmetics are also useful for those with easily irritated skin because CBD offers soothing properties.


2. CBD is also a moisturizing agent when applied topically. Color cosmetics in the past have not been concerned with moisturizing effects, however with the addition of CBD to color cosmetics, the product adds color to reach the desired look while also moisturizing the skin.


3. CBD is high in anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants, when applied topically, can help eliminate free-radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage cells and contribute to visible signs of aging such as wrinkles and discoloration.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HOMEMADE?

A: Our products are created and tested in our certified laboratory that is safe and free of animal testing, which means they are not produced in a home setting.

Q: IS THERE ANY THC IN THE MAKEUP?

A: We use CBD isolate which is a pure, crystalline powder that is derived from the hemp plant. They contain no THC, which is the psychoactive compound found in marijuana that can cause a "high" sensation.

Q: WILL YOUR PRODUCTS GET ME HIGH?

A: No, our CBD makeup will not make you high nor will it cause you to fail a drug test. CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-intoxicating compound found in the cannabis plant that does not produce the psychoactive effects commonly associated with marijuana. CBD isolate that is used in beauty and cosmetic products for its potential anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and moisturizing properties, among others. So, you can use our CBD-infused makeup without worrying about getting high.

Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS REPLACE SUNSCREEN OR SPF?

A: Currently, none of our products alone can effectively protect your skin from the harsh rays of the sun but do give an added boost when used in tandem with other spf products. Nothing is more important than sun protection for the skin and we do have plans to release future products with different spf levels that will safely and efficiently protect your skin from certain uv rays.

Q: CAN YOUR PRODUCTS MANAGE PAIN?

A: While CBD is commonly used for pain management, our products do not contain high enough levels of CBD to effectively treat pain. Instead, our products focus on the skincare benefits that can be obtained through topical application of CBD.

Q: ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS TO CBD SKINCARE?

A: CBD (cannabidiol) is generally considered safe for topical use on the skin, and there are no serious side effects associated with using CBD-infused skincare products. However, as with any skincare product, there is a small chance that some individuals may experience skin irritation or an allergic reaction to CBD. We encourage our users to conduct a patch test before using our products to make sure it is safe for your skin type.

A: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

A: We make every effort to restock our inventory as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can sign up for an email alert by visiting the product page and clicking on the "Email me when in stock" button.

Q: HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

A: We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders of $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there will be a shipping charge that you will be able to select before checking out.

Q: WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: We understand that you're eager to receive your products as soon as possible! To check the status of your order, please refer to your email inbox. You should have received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive an estimated delivery date. If you have any further questions or concerns about your order status, please don't hesitate to reach out to our KannaTeam, who will be happy to assist you.

Q: MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM. WHAT NOW?

A: To ensure that you receive all of the products you ordered, we triple check all orders before they are shipped out. However, in some cases, we may not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this happens, the shipping confirmation email you receive should let you know which products are still outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product cannot be shipped, you will not be charged for it.

Q: I FORGOT TO ORDER SOMETHING! CAN YOU ADD IT TO THE ORDER FOR ME?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order once it’s placed. For your security, we do not save your card information on file. You will have to place a new order.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us and providing your order number. Please keep in mind that all sales are final once your product(s) have been shipped.

Q: I ENTERED THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

A: In case you have provided an incorrect mailing address, please contact us with your order number and with your updated mailing address and order number.
